Liebig's Fit Cure

I bought this bottle on ebay and I can not find a listing in any of my bottle books for it. I was wondering about rarity and value. (Liebig's Fit Cure An English Remedy Dr. AB.Meserole 96 John St. New York)
It is 8" tall and BIM w/tooled lip.

That is a pretty uncommon medicine. I have not see one in that size. There is a 5 1/2" version listed in Baldwin's book. Most of the Liebig medicines are from San Francisco. I'm not sure how this one is related. The SF ones usually sell for $40-50. Yours is more rare in my opinion plus it is a desirable cure in a large size. $81 seems like a reasonable price to me. I doubt you will see another soon.

PS. I always wonder about the irony of patent medicine names like LieBig. It seems like BigLie would have been even better.
