Maine Dose Cups- Looking for Info

Hi Folks -

I'm putting together a list of all the known dose cups from the state of Maine. I have 26 cups on the list so far but I'm sure there are more out there. If you have any in your collection I'd appreciate any info or pics you can share. I'm looking for: info printed on the cup, embossed or etched, height/capacity, shape and any base embossing.
