Man figural bottle candy or cologne?

Not sure if this is a candy or a cologne bottle. It stands about 3.5†tall. It has a small hole in top so I figure it is probably cologne or aftershave. It is a neat bottle and very clean. It is marked on bottom with a 2 and an H in a triangle.

Possibly cologne bottle,opening too small for candy.Go to e-bay and look for figural cologne bottles.You might get some ideas there.

I see in my scribbled notes that JTAH 1884 to 1920
and the H in a triangle 1900 to 1943 being the same company "Hamilton"
