Found this link...been trying to identify the marble I found washed up on the beach......

If I'm guessing right it's an Agate with yellow banding?

What they don't tell you on that site is alot of those names are specific to a company. The names are not based just on color.

Thanks Road dog...any tips are appreciated.....I have been wanting to start collecting marbles and often see them in antique stores in a old bottle for 6-8 bucks....but I want to learn about what I'm buying first!! So I've been trying to find some good links
