Here are the two Henley's Celery, Beef, and Iron bottles. Both are applied top. The round example was first, followed by the crude rectangular version.
The Dr. Henley's IXL bitters seem to be more common (or more commonly offered on ebay) than the either of the Celery, Beef & Iron bottles particularly the earlier round example. But the IXLs definitely seem to be more popular with collectors. I guess the round Celery, Beef & Iron bottles -- although early, crude, Western made and often a nice light shade of amber -- are pretty much a case of a whole lot of bottle with very little embossing. I always wondered if Dr. Henry and Dr. Henley were competitors -- names being somewhat similar.
