This bottle looks to be common? Has "W.T. & CO., USA" on bottom. Any ideas as to age or use?

It is a common design. Could have held about anything. Cough medicine, fruit flavoring extracts, vanilla, etc.

Whitall Tatum & Co.; Millville, NJ 1857 to 1935, they also make insulators.
