Mezca

Pardon my ignorance on the subject, but I am a newby to bottle collecting. I found a bottle in my yard with very intersting markings on it. I haven't gotten it cleaned off enought to tell what they are, but the neck of the bottle has a wrapping on it with the word mezca on it. It is a gold colored wrapper. It may be nothing, but I thought I'd ask.

does it poss. say mezcal ? which would be a liqueur made from the agave plant. usually made in mexico and central america.

In looking on the internet I have seen Mezcal. I will look at it again when I get home. I'm really not sure, but I suppose it is possible. If it is, I don't suppose it would be worth anything?
