I was strolling through a local antique/resale shop here in Wisconsin recently. I ended up buying some nice antique bottles. Everything from Seltzer bottles to these early soda or mineral waters. Here is a shot of 3 early examples. What can you tell me about the one that says Headman Philada or the one that says F.A. Conant 252 Girod St. from New Orleans. Both are iron pontilled. Thanks!
Tom

I bought about 12 bottles total so I have about $8 into each bottle. The deep green colors of these early mineral water blobs are unreal! Just awesome in a window. I don't collect anything from outside of Wisconsin, so these are floating out on the Bay for about 6 more days. (Ebay that is).... If you want to see great up close pics of any of these take a look! I will post more pics of other early sodas as I get time. Thanks to all who are so generous with their time and knowledge on this site!

Nice gets Tom. I found an old green soda/mineral water from New York in a local antique shop a few years back. Found another aqua soda from parts unknown at the local flea market last week. I always wonder how bottles like that end up so far from home.
