That is a Peltier catseye .Also refered to as Peltier banana cats .Yours looks more like a moon though. This one is also Peltier []

That looks like a American cat's eye came in a few colors, collectors call them bananas for obvious reasons....

From what i have seen in books and on internet Peltier was the only American manufacturer of these types .Master Marble made some close but most were not banana shaped ,more like a stripe.[]
