I found multiple bottles on a construction site about 10 years ago. I have searched a little bit over the years trying to identify them with no luck. Any information would be appreciated.
After you wrote WDB I looked at the bottle again. I originally thought it was DB w 2 big letter V's but it is a W. Below it is a crest or shield with a light house inside the crest. Thanks.
Duffy's malt whiskey? There is a large D with a small B inside it. There is also a large W over the D. There is a shield below it with a lighthouse inside the shield.
Where it was found might help. Also I think that may be a castle turret and flag, not a lighthouse, that might be the thing for it being European. Lastly, the small "B" may be for brothers in this case, like W.D.or D.W. and Brothers.
Could you post the whole bottle please?
