Need help identifying...

I've found a couple items here in northern California that I can't identify. Does anyone know what these are?

This thing's about 8 inches long.

This thing is heavy, and the very tip seems to be brass. It's about 4 inches long.

They are teeth for augers for drilling in the ground.they have carbid on the very end for drilling rock. Changed alot of them!!!!
