Hi relicman33 and Welcome to Antique-Bottles.Net -
Please, post a photo if you can. I have a few listings matching your description, but need to know more to narrow it some. Surely, it must be triangular, is it three or four inches tall? Does it say PATENTED and if so does it say more? Is it blown or ABM? Screw top (listed as common) or other?

Hopefully, we can help you from that info.[:)]

Hi relicman33 -
Sorry for the slow follow up. I have a hundred things going on and time for ten. [:)]

The Baltimore Bottle Book lists it as a "U" which means Uncommon with 10-25 examples known. I've seen them before (a friend has one), but haven't dug one like this - yet.

PS - I hope that you meant PATENTED / JULY 8th 190 8
There is a listing for a 1902 3" but listed as a screw top.
