New to the forums

My name is keith and im from spokane,washington.im not a newby to digging,as i grew up in wallace idaho and dug with my dad till i was 14,but i just restarted my lust for digging 2 years ago and found little to nothing,save for a few prohibition bottles....in order to satiate my craving for bottles,i have to go the flea market route,which ive never found any blobs,or anything remotely as cool as that.....my question is,anyone from my neck of the woods who know where to dig?outta 30 trys or so,ive only been succesful 3 or 4 times.......

You'll meet a lot of intelligent people here, they are all very kind, and are very knowing in the different fields of collecting...
I can't say I'm too close to you 2123 miles is a good distance...
I'm sure there is someone that live near you that can help!

Welcome. You might check out some of the old maps of Spokane Falls for some inspirational digging sites.

Looks like there was tremendous growth at the turn of the century.

Lots of earlier fur trade, sawmilling, and mining history in the area. Don't let your shovel get rusty. [8D]

thanks surface i love the old pics and maps i spend lots of time at the library looking at sanbornsand various pictures.i wish i were this interested in history when i was in school lol.....
