Just added this one a couple weeks ago. My first owl drug from Tennessee. I'm assuming that the numbers around the owl stand for the start up date of this drugstore.

I think the Early Drug Co Knoxville Tenn was established by Emmit E. Early. Is this marked on the base at all?
