Hey all
Finally geting back out to do some digging. The bloomin hot weather in August always "de-spires" me, and I spend lots of time cleaning and sorting. I'd rather dig in 10 degree weather in January than 105 degrees in August. Anyhow, it's cooled of now, so out we go...
I'm revisiting a section of my dump that I discoverd is about 3 feet deeper than I realized. Didn't find anything incredible (that I know of), so I'm just posting some of the more interesting items.
On the left are a couple sizes of CARBONAS. What are these?
Next, a few inks. No special inks this time.
The bottle in back is a screw-top, but the desing is pretty unusual. I'll post a closer pic of it below.
Found a big Coke and a teeny little coke. This is the second small coke I've found.
Of course theres a doll leg - I always find a piece of doll. These poor girls back then must've been forever breaking their dolls! Also a marble. The black and white piece I have no clue about. It's hollow, and has a grooe around it. Almost makes me think it's a bobber or something.
A few perfumes, a piece from a watch (I'm not sure - it's got a name on it, but I haven't reserached it.)
There's a neat brass-encased piece of glass. Under the glass is a bust of something - I can't make it out, and my close-up picture didn't help either. I'll have to keep working on it. Looks a little like an indian head.
There's a little mini jam jar? and a Hemingray No.12 insulator in great shape.
That's all....
