Opinions on this 1/2 Pint Flask

The neck is somewhat tall. about 1 3/8". The base is smooth, with a slight recessed oval in the center. the base measures 1 3/4" from point to point. I dont think its a repro, but I should note, I am no authority on Flasks. Its got some nice crudity to it though. I didnt shell out too many clams for it, so I dont think I will lose on it.

Very small indeed. I would still guess an original but not US. There were bottles with a base that size and smaller but I'm not familiar with an embossed type. They were usually a wicker covered type.
Enough by me, I'm waiting and watching for the real experts now.

There is no doubt that it is 19th century European. From a few German glass web sites I have seen them for sale. There are several variations of that flask also. I think it would be a nice addition
to any collection.
