Is the blob top glass and held on with a pin or is it melted to the bottle? Doesn't appear to be screwed on.

Looks like it might be a ball stopper, like the Codd stopper. I have 2 of those & will try & send photos soon. I have a new computer & still need to load my software for photos & get them loaded so it may take a few days.

Yes, I have my computer sorted out now. I left for vacation & was gone for a week & as soon as I returned I had to get ready for school. (I homeschool my 9 year old son). So I forgot, sorry! I will need to take some photos & get them loaded. Will try & do that tomorrow. Thanks for your patience!

I will try & load photos, they didn't turn out very well. Also mine do not have a blob top like the diagram shows but they do have ball stoppers.
