I would guess it is an early bottle,1870 or earlier.I would assume Pharmaceutists is latin and was a more common term in the mid 1800's.

THANKS MATT,I CLENED THIS AND LOW AND BEHOLD IT,S PONTILED. MATT KNEW IT WAS DENTAL RELATED AND PONTILED,.

Not strange, before the end of the 1800s Brooklyn and NYC were sepparate. They eventually merged together as they grew.

PHARMACEUTIST is a valid English term, a maker of drugs.

Judging from the shape and size, that bottle appears to be an early version of Fougera's tooth wash (although they did make other products such as castor oil).

neat bottle, nice find. can someone explaing " salt mouth " to me?? I've only heard that term in relation to tequila shots............................ thanx.
