Hi All -

Stopped in at a local 'tique shop this past weekend and happened to see this bottle sitting all by its lonesome on a bottom shelf. It's a Scovill Blood & Liver Syrup from Cincinnati, Ohio. Tapered lip, four sunken panels, embossed on three sides and a nice shade of blue. I was planning on taking it to the NEABC show on April 2 but the longer it sits on my kitchen windowsill the more I like the looks of it.

Later - Sam

Hey Wayne -

Bottle appears to be a key mold base. Bottle stands 9.5 inches high. I figured it was a pretty good buy at $4.

Really looking forward to the NEABC show - it's gonna be great!

Later- Sam

Sam, you got a good buy. The 1999 Ohio bottle book lists this at $15-20.
