Please tell me about bottle

This liqour bottle I dug out of a house that was about to get demolished next store. It has a very odd marking in the middle of the bottle. There is a circle and inside the circle there is a little astruanat looking dude. Looks like an astruanat helmet and visor. Pretty cool. On bottom says its made in Taiwan. It also has 5 little

shot glasses of the same style. Whats the value and year and manufacturer anyone. Thanks

Hard to see the picture isnt vary clear i would guess 1960-70 liquor decanter set worth its decrotive value 10-15$
