O.K. So the title is a little misleading. I want to give this 5 3/8" bottle, With a printout of it's history to a friend in a few days for his birthday. Found little info so far.
Any suggestions?

I guess this is known as a "Bimal" bottle. How are these made? I'm guessing A.B.M.
Right?

Didn't know there was an abbreviation. All this time I've just been calling them bim with an applied lip or tooled. As usual-the hard way. Thanks Lobeycat. Good info IS always appreciated.
The abm , widely used ca. 1920. Could anyone narrow that down for me?
By the vertical ribs I'm guessing english.
No makers mark. Just a mold no. 199A and a 4. Jim.
