Dug this from a 1830's-40's hole. About pint size. Neck is broken off but fits together. Anyone have an idea? Medical/ science device?

Is that the original angle or is it possible it was a straight neck and this is because it melted during a dump fire?

That is the correct neck angle, so urinal seems right. I'll see if I can find some examples online. Thanks for the help.
