Hey Caretaker -

Your ME med bottle is from George C. Frye, he was a wholesale and retail druggist in Portland starting in 1868, located first on Congress St. and then later on Free St. The biz was still going strong in 1920. That bottle is fairly common and is found both BIM and ABM. Keep on scratchin!

How common is it? Well, if this one that sold recently on ebay is any indication...

GEO C FRYE (MORTAR & PESTAL SURROUNDED BY LEAFED BRANCHES) PORTLAND ME. (clear) 4 ¼†lt haze $.99

A whopping 99 cents!!!! Hey, but the glass had a sick haze.
