Pottery Contaners SECLA. DATE?

I know these are from Portugal and were hand painted by Secla. The set has one big bottle with plastic cap and 7 small ones with caps. Each has the words hand painted by Secla on the bottom. I can find no information on the dates of the bottles or what they were even used for. I saw one online that said circa 1950 but I don't know if that is correct. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

looks like it could be a saki set, but the cups are kinda odd being in the same shape as the decanter
