quality Otto's milk bottle that needs history help

Hi everyone this is matthew again

can anyone give me some history on this painted label milk bottle I have here

it says quality Otto's milk on it and is one quart

It was probably from Sandusky, Ohio because the name shows up on caps from there. But that's all I can tell you.
