Questions about a full labeled french poison

Its been a while since I've been on here... Hi All.

I've never owned anything like this. Anyone have any ideas what these are made of? They seem pretty wicked. I really like that the label has old stamp marks on it and some hand written marks.

Anyone ever ship anything full like this? Is UPS the best route?
