The English stoneware, all shipped as ballast from the UK, would not be worth much. That includes the master inks, penny inks and stove blackings, which are shown in the picture. Such items, as you know, were pulled in great quantities from many points along the waterfront.

I don't quite understand (as a Canadian collector) your reference to "Did I make any mistakes? I'm keen to fix anything I get wrong so that my error doesnt ripple through time." Rob, you are self-promotion personified.
