Rock in bottle....

There is this 4 3/4 McIlhenny Tobasco Sauce bottle with a rock rattling around in it!
Could it have been blown with the rock inside? It sure isn't coming out...

I have dug quite a few of those over the years. Typically, they seem to be something like calcified lumps. Muriatic acid always eats them up.
