Here`s one I`m sure some of you might have seen on ebay.It does have some lip damage.Also has an open bubble on one of the roped corners.No cracks, and the damage I mentioned doesn`t affect how it displays.What sold me was the intact iron pontil.I`ve always wanted one, but couldn`t afford the 4-5 hundred for a top shelf one.The seller allowed me to make weekly payments till the $180.00 was paid off. Not the deal of the century, but I`m very happy with it.[]

Those are nice bottles. You cant touch an IP one for that price.
You can repair the lip damage if it bugs you.

The lip damage doesn`t bother me a bit.The bottle is whole and complete.I wish I could afford more like it.There was a cracked Kellys cabin that sold for like $380.00.I thought that was a good deal.If it`s a crack from a potstone, It shouldn`t matter at all.it`s a natural occurance. I`ll never be able to afford mint ones, so a little damage doesn`t bother me at all. Thanks, Tom

Small potstone radiations dont tend to be a huge issue for price. Big ones are.
Unfortunately the nature of cracks is they can never get smaller but they CAN get bigger.

nice job for $180.00. if you like it and it displays well , who cares? that is a bottle most on here would want, so good job. as far as myself i try not to buy chipped or cracked bottles . just not my thing. but i have to say if the right flask came along and was cracked, but was priced right, hell i'd buy it in a minute[] bottle looks great good job ~matt
