[font="sans-serif, arial, helvetica, geneva"]P in a circle..........Pierce Glass Company, St. Mary's, PA (1905-1912); Hamburg, NY (1912-1917); Port Allegany, PA (1917-c.1980s). This factory was acquired by Indianhead Container Corporation (later merged into Ball-InCon) and is now a Saint-Gobain Containers glass plant.

Yes, there was some white stuff still in there. There was also some kind of hard black stuff, which I'm not sure if it was a piece of cork, the applicator, or, probably, just dirt.

Here it is: http://filmic-light.blogspot.com/2011/04/april-fools-still-not-snow-white-you.html

This is the one I find a lot. I'm on my iPad so had to link to it. It is About the 9th picture down on that page. It is called snow white cleanser for white shoes And that picture is dated at 1910.

Someone said search magazines, I usually go to google books and search for products by name, if I know the name from a Bottle, and it gives viewable results from magazines back into the 1800's. Great resource. I'm going to search for this product now and see if that date is reliable.
