This is the smallest bottle I have found so far, I even dug up a quarter I had lying around the house as a size comparison for you, I didnt think a pound coin would work as well for you. lol What would have been in a bottle this small, perfume? The pic dosent do it justice it's a beautiful little thing. It has the numbers 1487 on the base.

I would think it more a medicine or a food additive, going by the curled out bottom only.
