Yes first Dr pepper1960's throw away also referred to as grenade bottle. comes in clear and green. there is a version with screw top that is pretty tough and commands a high price. The one you show here i normally sell for about 10 and the clear for 15. i think there is a couple versions of writing on bottle.

Where are you at in Texas?

What flasherr said is exactly correct. I will just add those bottles were only used for a short time because they look so small compared to the normal 6 ounce ACL bottle people thought they were being cheated. Actually they contain about the same amount of Dr Pepper.
Are you in Texas? There are not a lot of us on this forum.

Yes, I'm in Texas, way down in Houston though.
Thanks for the info. I've had the bottle about 3 or 5 years and it's been hard
Finding out anything on it.

I am in Baytown. Get a copy of The Dr Pepper bottle and Guide book. Shows all versions and prices. I helped write that book, if you can't find it send me your address and I will send a free cd version of the book, thanx, Doyle email cctrayders@comcast.net

Hey Doyle, how come I don't have that book? Will you bring me a copy to the Houston bottle show? I assume you are coming this year.
If not please email a copy to jamast@suddenlink.net
Thanks.
