Soda or Mineral water?

Found this today digging up a sewer on the north side of the city of St. Louis at 10th st. and Ofallan st. It says

H.G. RONE & Co
St. Louis Mo.

and on the back side it has 3 letters

F R L
Any info would be appreciated. History of company and or value of bottle

I would say soda. These are more plentiful than any other I.P. St. Louis Soda. Tom Feltman would bring these in by the box load to the St. Louis Show. All pontiled, with the mud still on them .......!!!

Still a nice bottle though....I haven't dug an embossed one like that yet. I've only ever dug one blob top and it was slick (unembossed).
