Missouri Liquor Control, not Sour Liquor Control. I don't know about age, if it's got a Federal Law Prohibits statement then likely from shortly after Prohibition ended.

it's a State Tax Stamp. Very Common, seen hundreds of them. It's possible to look up at what time they charged 1 & 1 /4 cents to get approximate time frame as this increased every few years. LEON.
