got out for a while with longneck a few days ago we made the 3/4 mile limp back the canal and went to our holes to clean them out i just got my hole cleaned out and did something to my back then my right foot started to tingle[][:'(][] so that was all the digging i was going to do(i still had to git my sorry but outa there!) i limped over to see how longneck was doing and he was not finding anything good so i asked him if he wanted to come down and dig in my hole we have a deal my hole is mine and his hole is his but mine had some older stuff comeing out so i figured he might as well dig it but i told him if anything that i was after came out it was mine![:D]

here is one of longneck tearing it up

i dont think that is the date because the hobs were patented in 1915 and according to porters book they went into production in 1917 so 23 would be when the christmas coke was patented and im sure by the time the second hobbleskirt was coming out they had stopped making staight sides

Straight sided bottles were used in some areas on into the late 1920s. Coca Cola sent out agents to the bottlers who would not fall in line with the new hobble skirts and bought them out. In Pensacola SS bottles were used until 1924.
