Strange Little Bottle ~ Nancy Extract No Trot

Hi !
Anyone know anything about this 3" tall BIMAL bottle?
It is embossed: Nancy *(star) Extract No Trot with a
cross with 2 horizontal arms inside a raised
circle, with a T on the left and an N on the right.
The bottom is embossed: AL 122 2.

Looks like a sample whiskey to me. Maybe a cognac/brandy sample....
