Stubby Bottle

Found a old soda bottle.

Although very faint the front of the bottle has the following:

DOUBLE ENJOY DRINK
STUBBY
REG'D
BOTTLED IN
5
DELIOUSE FLAVORS

JOLLY GOOD DRINKS
-------------------------

The above is not embossed.

Embossed on the front towards the bottom is:

CONTENTS 10 FL. OZS

There is a bunch of squares symbols in them, not sure what they are. The run around the bottom, up the sides and around the bottle bellow the neck.

This is a Stubby soda bottle but I and not sure how old it is. Any ideas?

Nobody seems to be able to nail down a date Dan, here is a previous post aboput them. I think the little rectangles are supposed to be bricks...

Even Chris Weide doesn't have a date for them on his site and he's the king of soda bottles...

Doesn't surprise me. Dating these dug up bottles is not easy.

I have a lot of bottle to research... Dang.

Are there any marks on the bottom?

Hard to see but what I think I see is:

A small "8" at the top

A "D" or maybe a triangle in the center

A small "9" to the right of the above "D"

V - 624 at the bottom.

Mean anything?
