Went out for a few hours in a spot that i found a few weeks ago there were bottles from a few states found a few good bottles and found some odd shards i though i would share. Also had pics from the dig but i had to take them with my cell phone and can figure out how to make it a jpeg after sending it to my computer but took these when i got back.

this one was a gay ola from clarendon ark. thought they were neat shards though i would share maybe help with the ark and sc guys

man i hate when u find a cool bottle and it cracks or brakes on the way home that happened to me yesterday with a couple of nice bottles and on 2 of them the corners broke off.make ya wanna scream. cool pics

Go to your local liquor store and ask for a bunch of empty boxes with the dividers in them. They greatly reduce the chance of bottles breaking on the ride home.

The sock thing sounds like the answer i am having to backpack the bottles out because of where it is. Thanks for the info hopefully i can figure out the picture deal so i can post them also.
