marked t.w. marsden on one side new orleans on other . 5 and 3/4 high looks clear but has light purple tint.only thing i found on it was one sold on stones and bones museum. com in 2008 for 10$ what did the bottle hold and how old thanks

Looks to be 1900-20's, it could have held anything from Cod Liver Oil to Cough Syrup, there's no way of knowing without a label. I doubt you would find someone willing to pay more than a $1-2 if you could find a buyer.
