Tall Redish Champagne?

HI, heres a bottle that looks very nice in the window, but who knows anything about it?
Its about 13 5/8" tall, red glass. or very redish amber. Looks like a pontil mark on the bottom.

This is the bottom. Hock Wine? is that the wine company name or bottle type?

Hock wine is German style white wine.. you had to drink a lot of it to get a decent buzzz!
