You guys were right on the money again. The company still exists and their webpage even mentions the "hair restorative" as being listed as a product in 1875:

You can only upload one image per post but you can link to as many as you want.
That is determined by the admin and the forum software. In my medicine forum I limit it to uploading 5 per post.

Ahh, I get it. I was wondering because I saw posts with multiple pics, but if they're links that makes sense. I'll continue posting the pictures directly though, because I think the forum archive is a valuable resource and I have my doubts about the longevity of links :)
