I bought this book last year at a book store that was closing in Mullica Hill New jersey.
For those of you familiar with Mullica Hill the entire town is a giant antique store.
The book was titled American Revolution.Intended as a reading book for schools,By Samuel Williams LL. D.New Haven,Printed and published by W, Storer June 1824.204 Pages including from page 177 to the end at page 204 Washintons address to the Congress his farewell as General of the American Armies, and last the Constitution Of The United States and The
Amendmants To The Constitution. It is here on the last page of the book in the last paragraph of the book something glaring,if you were a history scholar for which I am not but I am Learning to be one day.

As I researched its origon I found out it was a school book for history.
The owner was a student named Jerimiah Barnett.
He signed the book on its inside cover and he also used a stick pin to sign his
name again and date the book as 1827 he pushed the pin through the first blank page
in the front of the book that seperates the hard back cover from the first printed page.
He really perforated this page to spell his name probably 30 pin holes per letter.

The gist of this post has significant important information that I beleive through countless hours of research by myself and others on the web and in librarys I have been searching through have stumbled upon something quite baffaling possibly sinister, scary cant be explained away at all, could change the entire make up of who can and cant serve as a United States Senator Or United States Congressman or woman.
I have read the book cover to cover and found out things about the Revolutionary war
I had never known had happened. Here was a very early account of that war written in 1824 I am sure the author had been compiling his facts long before 1824.Upon completion of the book I tried to find out about Jerimiah Barnett the owner of the book in 1827.I had No luck as searches for the name turned up to many Jermiahs who it could have belonged too.It was when I searched for the author and the Publisher that I stumbled on to the strange mystery I will finally tell you of now.First the current 13th ammendment which is a very important piece of legislation should be the fourteenth and all others bumped up one number.

Here is wikipedia.orgs page on the 13th Ammendment.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thirteenth_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution
It states the following:

The Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution officially abolished and continues to prohibit slavery and involuntary servitude, except as punishment for a crime. It was adopted on December 6, 1865, and was then declared in a proclamation of Secretary of State William H. Seward on December 18.

Lincoln and others were concerned that the Emancipation Proclamation would be seen as a temporary war measure, and so, besides freeing slaves in those states where slavery was still legal, they supported the Amendment as a means to guarantee the permanent abolition of slavery.

Here is where the history behind the ammendment gets fuzzy real fuzzy.

The first twelve amendments were adopted within fifteen years of the Constitution’s adoption. The first ten (the Bill of Rights) were adopted in 1791, the Eleventh Amendment in 1795 and the Twelfth Amendment in 1804. When the Thirteenth Amendment was proposed (THERE HAD BEEN NO NEW AMENDMENTS ADOPTED IN MORE THAN SIXTY YEARS.)

What about this one:

The Original Thirteenth Article of Amendment
To The Constitution For The United States

"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.

Translated: (Title of nobilty) How about this title of todays lawyers founded in England
ESQUIRE. Esquire was a title of nobility in England in Colonial times. This ammendmet was put into place to keep people in this country who knew the law from changing it to their advantage,it also kept foreign governments from influencing the congress or the senate with gifts or other promises. Our founding fathers saw the potential for coruption and wrote this ammendment to stop these things from ever happening. But something was at work here , this ammendment was written passed and rattified by all Thirteen colonies and was the law for over fourty years suddenly as fast as it was passed it disappeared. Now at the printing of this book 1824 it apparently was law.Why would the publishing house and the author had put it in here if it wasnt?.this wouldnt be some arbritary oversight this was big news back then and I beleive it was the law.So you ask what happened how and why was this really done.

Here are the excerpts from the web site amendment-13.org

On March 12, 1819 the State of Virginia, with the enactment and publication of the laws of Virginia, became the 13th and FINAL state required to ratify the above article of amendment to the Constitution For The United States, thus making it the Law Of The Land. With the enactment of Act No. 280, March 12, 1819, which was Voted, En Bloc, and publication of the Revised Code, the State of Virginia notified the Department of State, the Congress, the Library of Congress, and the President of their action by issuing to each a copy of the Laws of Virginia. [See VA 1819 Images] . In fact, the Journal of the Virginia Senate; Tuesday, May 1st, 1810 (Pages 511-512 shows that the resolution to amend was properly enrolled and ratified on that date by the Virginia House and Senate, to be laid before the President of the United States, therefore the first state to ratify.

This Article of Amendment is intimately connected to questions of loyalty, honesty, war and national defense. It is designed to combat internal subversion and discord sowed by people who are adhering to powers foreign to the Congress of the United States without stepping across the bold Constitutional line of treason. The authors of the TONA wrote it after some additional experience with how the British Empire, as well as other European nations, actually conduct their affairs. It is a corrective and supplemental measure to go along with Constitutional treason.

This Article of Amendment added an enforceable strict penalty, i.e., inability to hold office and loss of citizenship, for violations of the already existing constitutional prohibition in Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 on titles of nobility and other conflicts of citizenship interest, such as accepting emoluments of any kind for services or favors rendered or to be rendered, and is particularly applicable today in the 21st Century as government is increasingly FOR SALE to the highest bidder, as foreign nations and multinational corporations and individuals compete to line the pockets of politicians and political parties to accommodate and purchase protection or privilege for their special interests, i.e. with honors, such as money or allowing dual-citizenships.

In terms familiar to the common man, this might quite properly be called the use of bribes and graft by individuals and powers foreign, i.e. external, to the Congress of the United States to subvert the constitutional process and suborn our political system and the interests of WE THE PEOPLE.

Folks something happened you just cant explain away.It is not a Giraldo Rivera expose this is serious stuff that should be answered by not our congress but by our Supreme Court.
Our existing congress and senate could not deal with this matter impartially because 90 percent of them are ESQUIRES and they would only protect their own asses.

Ok I know your all saying you posted this here last year been there done that HOWEVER, a new book has come into my possesion.

I have added another important old book to my personal library.
The book is titled :Washingtons farewell address to the people of the UNITED STATE'S

Published for the Washington Benevolent society

Widsor
Printed and sold by T. M. Pomroy 1812

The book are the words of George Washington's farewell address to the people of the United States'
I really enjoyed reading his speech, and have discovered things about him I never put together before reading this booklet.
A key advantage he had during the Revolutionary war was his ability to know geographicaly the terrain and boundries of the
states the war was fought in.His self employment as a land surveyor allowed him a great advantage when it came to knowing how to shut a route down or short cuts to major arteries between Philadelphia and New York.70 percent of the war was fought in
New Jersey constantly protecting these two cities. When you have completed reading Washingtons speech to the people on page 41
is the constitution of the United States.Once again it is on the last page of this book that the reader see's the thirteenth amendment:

Article XIII

If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honor, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.

The ten first amendments were proposed,by the two house's of Congress,to the several state's at the first session
of the first congress.

The eleventh amendment was proposed,by the two house's of Congress,to the several state's at the first session
of the third congress.

The twelfth amendment was proposed,by the two house's of Congress,to the several state's at the first session
of the eighth congress.

The thirteenth amendment was proposed,by the two house's of Congress,to the several state's at the second session
of the eleventh congress.

Now I have two books one printed in 1812 the other in 1824 both showing the real and original 13th amendment. The Washington
farewell address book shows the Congress that approved the Amendment.I know I have posted this before but it has disappeared
because of my forum name change.I thought I would post it again as this second book I have received shows the same amendment
at an even earlier date.I have also read recently that the amendment was changed the week after President Lincoln was assainated.
Hows that for a conspiracy theory.

Here is the book in its entirety
