As I have researched this more and more I am finding a lot of historical US goverment books including military manuels all have this amendment in them.
I will continue to pursue books of this nature as it has been fun and rewarding as I have met and spoken with some fine US history scholars and concerned citizens that share the same common interest.Why would something as important as the Constitution be printed this way as law to School children to military personell ect if it wasnt the law of the land.
