The strangest Codd I've ever seen.

I've been a lurking member for some time. This is my first post. A couple of year’s back I found a Codd style soda bottle and I have not been able to find any information about this style. The embossing on it says "S.M.S. Vineta". The search results come up with a German Warship called S.M.S Vineta. There were two different warships built with this name. 1863-1897 and the second 1899-1916. I found this bottle in Halifax Harbour in Canada and I was wondering if bottles were made specifically for a ship, or if anyone can recognize the style of codd stopper? I'll attach some photos. Sorry for the bad quality.

Very cool. Yes bottles, cutlery, dishes and cookware were just a few of the things various governments made for use by specific ships and organizations in their military branches. Great find.
