FREDERICKSTEARNS&Co.DETROITMICH on one edge of the three panels.
Two piece mold, seams top but not over top. Push down screw once to tighten top((type seam top).
Amber 6 1/2"
Is this a common bottle, thanks

Usually, triangle shaped bottles are associated with poison, because the shape is readily identified to the touch.

Hi David. I have seen these bottles with cork top as well. They are not rare, and only sell for $5-6 as a corker. I think they contained a tonic of some sort, but I'm not positive.

Frederick Stearns: Medicine, Music and Mollusks—19th Century Detroit businessman Frederick Stearns, founder of the nation's first pharmaceutical manufacturing company, donated his historically important collection of musical instruments to U-M in 1899. He also was an avid collector of Japanese shells, and his collection resides in Chicago's Field Museum of Natural History.
