got out for a little while today. Nothing too exciting. I did find this flask though and was wondering what you guys could tell me about age/what style this is
Hey, Tony.. I believe that type of flask is called an "eagle flask" and dates from around 1900 to 1920. That lip is crazy bent but it's a tooled finish rather than applied.. nice bottle.. I love flasks!

Yep Charlie is right. Looks like the fat lady sat on that one. Down here we also call them pocket flasks. They would fit in almost every pocket on a pair of overalls. I wonder why it is a "pair" of overalls??? The old timers called the overhauls?
