Tournade's Kitchen Bouquet

Anybody know anything on this? It's 5 1/2 in. tall , 2 in. wide, aqua, ABM. I know Kitchen Bouquet is used for making gravy, but that's it. I'd appreciate the help.[]

hey diggerboy, i also have this bottle, mine has a different lip than yours ,wow this is for making gravy, i thought maybee soap or air freshiner . keep on diggin heres the pix

Looks like early cap-top lip to me.
