I got to go out Monday to check a spot I thoght may be good for a dig. It is hard to get out with a toddler.[;)] We were in the woods for 4 hours...pretty much everything was broken though. It seemed like there was a few inches of glass on top but nothing underneath but roots, worms and clean dirt. I did find a couple of bottles though. Anyone know what these are? This one may be a poison? It has ridges on 3 sides and there is a plain side for a label. The bottom has ridges too. It meaures 3 1/4" tall.

Here are a few stoppers. My first amber one! I also found a bottle that says: L.F. Medicine Co Selling Acts
on the shoulder. It measures a little over 6 1/2" and has L.F. Atwood embossed on the bottom.

Sorry, here's the pic. Hope my photos aren't too big as well.

Here's the last pic. It is a broken piece from the bottom of something. I thought it was interesting because the 7 is backwards. Any ideas what it could have been?

I believe the bottle you thought was a poison is quite possibly a Roger Gallet perfume bottle from Paris. Alot of the different bottles have the same fancy design on the base. I've dug this exact bottle before but packed it away. I have a different one out for display

Looks like a perfume but still a great looking bottle. It seems to have a neck that would accept a ground glass stopper too. Nice finds.
