Yeah looks like a modern decorative bottle intentionally made to look crude.

Modern and machine made, but not a reproduction because there's not an old bottle to reproduce that looked like it, not that I know of at least. It does have characteristics of several different old bottles all mixed together. I can't think of a better category than what Canadian said, decorative, or fantasy maybe.
