The theme stops on the shoulder of the bottle and It has an applied head. Would it still be made in the 10s-20s?

4 inches theme stops along shoulder. Amethyst in color also. It appears to be a minature of some sort but not sure.

I've dug bottles like the small one with original contents and it had gold paint in it. Just a thought.I dug at an old Pier store years ago. A Hurricane Knocked the whole thing in the water. All bottles that were dug were still corked. Sometimes the corks come out as you brought them out of the water. I remember bringing up a Peppermint extract bottle. The cork came out and it smelled just like candy canes.

Yeah RoadDog , I too have found very small bottles with gold paint in them also. I think that these little bottles of paint were used to touch-up picture frames which were predominately gold in color. Here is one of two bottles that I dug of Japanese Gold Paint embossed "Gerstendorfer Bros. New York Chicago" on the back side.
